Last week, I had a solar-tube installed by Sola-Lite. During the process Vivian Buentiempo-Johnson worked with me to get HOA approval, permitting, and scheduling; and, Sergio Vega was responsible for an estimate and installation. I was (and still am!) so impressed with how helpful, patient, customer-oriented, honest, and generally wonderful to work with Vivian and Sergio were. I initially planned to have a solar tube, a whole house fan, and an attic fan installed. Due to the downturn in the economy, I decided to wait for the whole-house fan. Despite the possibility of prices going up, Vivian was gracious enough to send me another quote that would be good for the rest of the year. Her doing so made it more likely that I will be able to purchase a whole-house fan in a few months. Sergio, was also amazing. After looking at my attic, he gave me his honest opinion that an attic fan would be useless. My disappointment was greatly tempered by my relief that, thanks to Sergio, I would not waste money on a useless device. Despite difficulties created by the structure of my home, Sergio did a wonderful job installing the solar tube and cleaned up so well after I did not have to vacuum. Although possible, I doubt that Vivian and Sergio are the exceptions at Sola-Lite. I strongly suspect that Sola-Lite hires exceptional people and treats every customer with the respect, kindness, honesty, and professionalism I received. Based on my experience with Vivian and Sergio, I strongly recommend Sola-Lite. By the way, I love my solar-tube as I no longer need to turn the lights on in my office during the day!

Most people take time to complain while few give praise, this is the later. My experience began with Vivian in sales, what a delightful happy voice. She walked me through details and explained the process and made me feel at ease. After I got HOA approval I contacted Vivian again and scheduled install. Sergio showed up on time and with a happy demeanor (it must be a company requirement). The install took only a couple of hours. Covers were laid to help keep my room clean and wow - everything went seamless. What a joy to work with professionals. About the Sola-Lite tube - I can't believe I've lived without it all these years. It took a dark windowless room to a bright and happy place. No need to turn on the light switch. I Love It! If you need extra light in your room then I suggest you call Sola-Lite in Palm Desert.

Sola Lite is a great company for solar fans in garages and solar tubes in your home. I have used them for both. From Vivian in the office and Sergio and his team - the work, expertise and professionalism is superior. They are very informative and certainly educate you on their product. Highly recommend them and I have referred to several friends - service was the same for them. thank you Sola Lite Team!!!!

Excellent experience all around! Vivian (in the front office) was very cordial and thorough and Sergio (install expert) was prompt and the installation was completed perfectly!

From the first time I called, I was treated professionally and courteously. Information was clear and everybody was warm and friendly. On the installation day, my installer, Sergio, was prompt, professional, clear, and finished in the time he said he would. My new skylight is beautiful and exactly what I wanted!

Working with the team at Sola-Lite was fantastic. Their showroom really exemplified the benefits of installing solar tubes and the staff were both informational and welcoming. The install day was top notch and in 2 hours we had light in our kitchen that was generally dark all day.

After the install I wrote a note to SolaLight as follows… we’re very happy with the solar light in the kitchen, it’s wonderful.
